Freiburg manager Christian Streich was moved to tears after hearing fans sing his name in the club’s final game at Black Forest Stadium.

Streich saw his team produce a sterling display to beat Augsburg 3-0 on Sunday, thanks to goals from Lukas Kubler, Lucas Holer and Vincenzo Grifo.

Freiburg gave the Dreisamstadion the perfect send-off as they moved up to fifth in the Bundesliga standings, and Streich struggled to hold back his emotions after the final whistle.
