The meeting between President Guelleh and his Chinese
counterpart served as a framework to assess the bilateral relations, friendship
and cooperation between the two countries and the two peoples.
Discussions then extended to the state of evolving strategic
and win-win partnerships that the two countries maintain in almost all areas of
development.
In this particular scope, the discussionshighlighted the
resilience of the two sides to adhere to agreed goals, despite the effects of
repeated international crises and have arranged for the general definition of a
new framework for the execution of duties and commitments, more focused on the
realities and socio-economic data of a perpetually changing world.
The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Foreign
Affairs and International Cooperation, Mr. Mahamoud Ali Youssouf.
